Widgets are not updating
Try removing the widget and adding it again, then reopen the app once to refresh local widget data. If the issue continues, email support with your iPhone model and iOS version.
Subscription features are locked
Make sure your App Store purchase is active on the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If needed, reopen the app and allow time for StoreKit to refresh access.
Reminders are not appearing
Check that alarm-related permission is enabled in iOS Settings and confirm the reminder options inside the app are still turned on.
Saved verses or journal content seem missing
Bible Verses: Daily Prayer stores saved verses, highlights, journal entries, browsing history, and settings locally on your device. This content is not uploaded to our servers, so some locally stored information may not be recoverable after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
